• The page or the headline where you saw it.
• What is wrong — a figure, a date, a name, an outlet, a broken link, a story filed under the wrong market.
• What it should say, and the source, if you have one to hand. A link to the original is worth more than anything else you can send.

Every report is read. A factual error with a source behind it is corrected at the next daily run, and the item carries its corrected date. Where a figure cannot be re-sourced it is taken down rather than left standing. Reports that turn out to describe a fault in how the site gathers material change the machine, not just the page.

This is not a general enquiry or partnership address handled here — it is the accuracy line. Anything sent to it is treated as a correction and read as one.
